Crazy hair day

It is crazy hair, silly band, and cupcake day at the boys' school today. They are totally in to it and were already having a ball when we dropped them off at day care this morning.

Monkeys in the closet

The boys have been discovering the joys of our walk in linen closet recently.

Don't ask me where the towels are...I don't know anymore!!!

The Race Track

This year Heather bought the boys a racetrack along with the wii game that the doodle was after. The boys just love it! Monkey is behind the camera in these shots as they excitedly waited for us to put it together. We did try to get video of them driving the cars, but were not able to get one where one of the boys didn't excitedly exclaim to the other using their proper names!

Sleeping in a bag?

as a follow up to Heather's favourite post, here is the doodle sleeping in a fleece bag that Grandma made for him. Not for sleeping in, to be used as a BAG.

A sick day update

The doodle has only thrown up the one time and has kept down mango juice, apple juice and some apple slices since then. He is wearing a fleece, daddy's fleece and has two quilts on him while he is snuggled in front of the fire. He can't seem to get warmed up. He fell asleep briefly in front of Toy Story 3.

A sick day

I was just thinking last night about how it has been almost a week since we've posted anything to the blog and how I should really post something. Then my little man was up through the night last night not feeling well and then threw up this morning (before we got in the car to drive to day care-phew!). Poor doodle. So now I'm home with him today and he is all curled up in front of the fireplace in the living room.

He had originally chosen to curl up on the heat vent in the kitchen, but I wasn't as big of a fan of him in front of the sliding glass door and mostly under a kitchen chair...so I set him up in the living room instead.

In these photos he is on the phone with Grandma letting her know that he isn't feeling well.

Cowboys

We have a bit of a cowboy theme going on at our house currently. Specifically, Jessie and Woody from Toy Story 3. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy.

Just Dance Kids for the wii

The family got a wii for Christmas this year from..well, us : )

Tonight we brought home one of the gifts from Heather, Just Dance Kids for the wii. Do they like it? I'll let you be the judge of that:

Christmas at Mommy's work

The boys came in to mommy's work on Christmas eve and got to hang out with the big guy himself.
Big C was more than happy to take the gift and take off! We had to ask him to go back to sit on Santa's knee!

Sledding with Gradma and Grandpa W

While Grandma and Grandpa W were in town before Christmas the boys all went tobogganing on the local hill. It was a blast!
How Monkey convinced his brother to try to pull him up the hill I'll never know!

They phoned in their hot chocolate order and came home to some steaming hot cups.

The Firestation!!!!

Monkey, Momo and T-Bear had the opportunity to check out the fire station as they held a tree lighting ceremony. Here are some shots of the kids having a great time and being very well behaved.

There was lots of silliness to be had, but it was good natured fun and great listening considering the crowds. Here are the kids getting ready for the lighting ceremony.
