Queensland Holiday Day 5

18 years ago, on Canada Day in Ottawa, a significantly younger girl met a tall handsome man.  That man introduced himself as "Dave, a teacher who is going to go and teach in Australia."  The rest is history.

Today that same girl met and fell in love with salted caramel Tim Tams. She says that she'd still pick Dave over the Tim Tams, but ideally if Dave would just show up WITH Tim Tams that would save the trouble of having to choose.

The day started off with a long overdue run. While I beat the pavement, my men packed up and got ready to head to the park for the final day.

There are not many photos today.  We all hit the rides and stashed our phones.  You'll just need to take my word for it that much fun was had.

Tonight we are packing up and preparing for tomorrow's check out.  We have loved our stay at www.Broadwaterviews.Com.   I would strongly recommend it to anyone considering a trip like ours.

Tomorrow's plan?  Check out and pick up the CAMPERVAN.  That's right, it is finally that moment.

We discovered/remembered about 20 minutes ago that our logic 2 months ago was "let's just park the van by the side of the road on the first night".  We'd both forgotten that bit of stupidity. So using my mom's leftover data (thanks mom!) I used my phone and booked us in at the big4 in Noosa.
