After 5 days of go go go activity we were ready for a day with a slower pace. We rolled out of bed between 8-9:30 depending on who you were. We took the free shuttle to the Parap Markets and explored. We bought some food including Monkey's all time fave, rock melon.
Anything involving transportation is a winner for BigC!
We quickly hit the grocery store and almost grabbed these VHS blank tapes until we remembered that 1999 was a while ago. They were not the clearance rack and if any of you would like them we can easily zip back and grab them for you ;) Monkey had absolutely no idea what they were!!
Dave has been very patient about the (he would call it) stifling heat in the far north. When I snapped this photo he was already in to his second ice cream cone! The children have barely started their first.
We hit the waterfront and BigC was instantly in his element.
This kid is absolutely loving all of the nature here. He keeps bringing me flowers. I hope he never ever stops!
