DPoD August 8th - A Playdate with Coudoroy and Chewbacca

Today we had a few friends over for a playdate with the boys - Courdoroy is almost the same age as Monkey and Chewbacca is about the same as Big C. They kids are also evenly matched, so it was a lot of fun. Since the girls were at swimming beyond the boys' patience, we decided to make muffins. We constructed banana/ blueberry and banana / chomocolate chip. Here are the boys helping out:
When the girls arrived it was party time! Who knew that all 4 could fit onto a tramampoline? They did, that's who!
And what visit would be complete without a journey down to the basement. While the parents sat on the couch and chatted the kids played all over. The food bin, the dolls, the ride-on toys, the climber and the train table all saw lots of action. Even the dress-up bin was put to good imaginative use as 'SpiderPrincess' joined the party (though I don't remember her from the comic books, she must have been in the short-lived cartoon series from the 70's).

All-in-all a great time was had by all. Here's looing forward to more playdates and Monkey's camp for the next 2 weeks.
