Here is what the kids and I ended up getting in to. After the departure of our friends from London we decided that it was time to get outdoors and have a little fun. With all the snow in the yard, it seemed a daunting task. Daddy however wasn't the least bit concerned. He took a shovel and a little help from Monkey and went at it. Here are the results: a big ring around the yeard fit for running laps and an 'ice slide' just like the ones at Winterlude for the boys to go down. After about an hour of giggling and getting snow/rain covered the boys and I headed in for some well -deserved lunch and juice.
Let's hope it's the start of a great Family Day tradition!
