Happy Thanksgiving!!!

The weather this year was just fabulous on Thanksgiving Sunday. We sat around outside and ate popcicles to start the festivities off. The boys had a good tear around the yard and the house was just simmering with wonderful smells. Grandpa took on the little Peanut as she participated in her favourite ritual "nap on somebody". I'm sure he fondly remembered why he was always the first pick for the neighbourhood babysitting co-op when someone had a newborn!!!
Dinner with family and friends that are practically family, was absolutely wonderful! We ate turkey with ALL the fixins and it was delicious. The great thing was that everyone brought or made something. My mom realised that despite the fact that I moved out years ago, she still is required for the last 45 minutes of turkey making : )
Thanks to everyone for helping to clear up and get the soup ready. Anyone like white meat? There is lots left over!!!
