Today was the boy's athletic carnival. Big C tried out for the 200m race a few weeks ago. Monkey qualified just by having made it to the zone festival for cross country.

And here they are post race. Both boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The day was pretty cold, but grandma happily did a couple of coffee (hot chocolate and cookie) runs.
How nice that we could share this event with her in person.
