Wow, there is yet another Thomas recall. This time on furniture. This is crazy. I started to wonder if there is a centralized site where all of this information is kept. There is! Check out http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/advisories-avis/child-enfant/index_e.html and the whole list is there. It goes back to 1995. Nicely enough, there is also a chart listing the other agencies that have recall lists, such as Transport Canada for car seats.
If you wont remember to come back and check, you can actually sign up to receive emails to notify you whenever there is a recall (I so signed up for this!) You can do that by going here http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/advisories-avis/_subscribe-abonnement/index_e.html.
As an aside, be really careful when you buy a used crib-there are a PILE of crib recalls on that list.
