DPoD July 11th - Monkey's Fun Day

Monkey had a really fun day today. His friend from school T and her little sister M came over for a playdate this morning. Here are some shots of them having a great time in the basement and then playing with playdough at the kitchen table. Things went really well and Monkey is surely invited to her house for some play soon enough.





Later in the day grandpa stopped by to read some stories and get in some snuggle time. Monkey did a real number on grandpa at the memory game where he certainly held his own. They had lots of fun and laughs as Big C got up from his nap.

In the evening the boys and I played in the backyard, though Mr. I decided to stay in his room, kicking the soccer ball around. Since the weather was getting warm we finished things off by having some yummy lemonade popsicles before bedtime. MMMmmm.
